May 1, 2022: Princeton and Old Hedley Road

Six riders left McDonalds at 8:05 AM and proceeded east on Hwy 1 with a brief stop over at the A&W in Hope.  The weather held out for the entire day but the temperatures briefly dipped down to 4C at the crest of Mount Allison Pass but began to rise as we hit the Similkameen Valley.  Arriving in Princeton early, we decided to head up old Hedley Road and return back to Princeton arriving at the Copper Pit Restaurant shortly after 12:15.  With lunch over, we returned the same we came up via route 3 and made our routine stop at the DQ in hope.  Our last leg took us onto Hwy 7 where the group slowly split up with most of us arriving home just before supper.
