18-12-01 Christmas Dinner and Gift exchange
This year we had the largest turn out ever for the 2018 Christmas Dinner and Gift exchange held at Andrea’s Restaurant . Once again this 3rd year at Andrea’s in Langley. The turkey dinner was superb as in the past. Large plated turkey dinner with all the traditional trimmings, Some people had to take home what they couldn’t eat. Pat our waitress was kept very busy and handled it well keeping everyone happy.
The gift exchange was kept rolling along under the watch of Cliff Hayes who manage the name drawing flawlessly . There was lots of good presents under the tree and this year I think there was a little more stealing of the opened gifts then other years. This shows that the gifts brought by everyone was of good taste and wanted by everyone. This gift stealing adds to the fun of the event, unless of course you loose a gift you were very fond of. (some times you win, sometimes you loose. I think and I also hope everyone had an excellent time here. There was a big 50/50 draw and Susan Phillips won it Pictures Ken’s pics
